Keep sensitive data private
Never send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details or private medical information. For a booking-specific question, include only the business name and booking date needed to locate it.
Bookings and service
For changes to an appointment, pricing, treatment or a business's own customer record, contact the appointment business directly. aria5 supports the platform; each business is responsible for the service it provides.
